Acupuncture has evolved from the ancient art of placing needles into special locations on the body, to alleviate pain and increase the recovery rate and resistance to disease.
Nadia has been developing her interests in acupuncture, feline medicine and diagnostic ultrasound through our practice in Crowthorne. She offers acupuncture referrals as a novel adjunct therapy to conventional medical treatments, as well as feline medicine and ultrasonography referrals. She is assisted by Head Nurse, Carrie Aldham, who will continue acupuncture treatments.
Although Debra has a keen interest in all aspects of general practice she has a particular interest in surgery having completed a GP Certificate in Small Animal Surgery in 2014, and a developing interest in sports dog medicine, post operative rehabilitation, acupuncture and management of chronic pain. She is currently working towards a GP Certificate in Acupuncture and Chronic Pain Management as her first step in expanding into this field.
