We just wanted to write to say thank you for everyone's support and sympathy during Ginger's last illness. We cannot express how grateful we are to Chris, Hannah and the team at Frimley and Ivan and the team at Crowthorne. It was really helpful and reassuring to know that someone was at the end of the phone. I wish I could name all of you!
Ginger was ours from the day he was born as his mum Topsy had "chosen us" the year before his birth. He was always a sofa buddy but fiercely defensive of his territory in his younger days - never wandering far, unlike his naughty torty mum, but seeing off interlopers with vengeance! We have always owned cats, but these two were unique in their own way and we shall miss Ginger very much.
Thank you for the card.

Dear Mr Timm and the whole team at Pine Grove

A huge thank you to you all for the surgical skills and post surgery care that you gave Izzy while she was with you last weekend.
I understand she stretched you all to the limit but without your care and devotion she may not have been with us today!
Thank you also for your patience with our numerous phone calls and random visits. You were all so kind even when you were obviously very busy. It is not an experience we will ever forget and thanks again to all of you.
    Yours sincerely
    The Lowdons (and Izzy)

My wife and I would like to say a big thank you to Christopher at Frimley Green for all the love and care he gave to our beloved cat Tom, who we finally had to let go yesterday Wed 27th July.  We are both absolutely devastated at losing Tom but without Christopher's love and concern for animals it would have been much more difficult.  Thanks again.

Spot is doing very well and continues to recover at home.  It is such a joy to have him home.  The care and love shown to him from all of the staff whilst he was staying with you, firstly in Yateley and then in Crowthorne has been fantastic.

Spot certainly recovered like he had due mainly to Kate and Carrie.  Everyone at Crowthorne and Yateley (and we do mean everyone!) has done their but and we can't thank them enough.

    Thanks again
    Best wishes from

We just wanted to say thank you to Charlotte for her amazing chicken expertise and care with Licken.  We may have travelled miles to see you, but it was worth it.  We are so grateful that we were able to give Licken the care and treatment she badly needed and deserved, without any further guesswork.

Please continue the amazing chicken work you do!
